The Shaklee Corporation headquarters is a multi-phased project that will total 625,000 square feet at full build-out on a 28 acre site. Nova Partners was engaged as the development and construction manager by Shaklee for this headquarters relocation project. Nova was responsible for the budget and overall project success. Construction of the initial phase completed in late 1999.

The projects initial phase included an office building and conference center designed for an environmentally concerned client. Project features include a raised floor plenum for cable management and air supply distribution. Daylighting schemes, indirect lighting, and a flexible conference center were also part of the development plan.

Shaklee Corporation’s product lines include nutritional, household, and personal care products and home water-treatment systems. The project is located in the Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton, California.
